HISTORY
The U.S. Army's 91st Infantry Division, nicknamed the "Powder River" or "Wild West" Division, fought in both World War I and World War II. Created in 1917, it served in the Meuse-Argonne and Ypres-Lys campaigns in WWI and was reactivated in 1942 for WWII, where it fought in Italy against German forces. The division's motto is "Let 'er Buck," and its insignia is a fir tree.
