The Tiemco Red Pepper Jr 100 mm is a surface pencil/wounded-bait style lure for fish that are feeding high or willing to rise.

It is not about diving depth; it is about cadence, surface track, and giving predators a target they can follow and hit on top.

Use short downward twitches and enough slack to let the lure walk, slide, or spit without being dragged in a straight line.

When fish follow, slow the retrieve and add pauses.

When they are chasing, speed it up and make it look like fleeing bait.

It is strongest over flats, points, weed edges, river mouths, calm pockets, and bait schools near the surface.

If fish are glued to bottom or the wind makes the lure hard to control, switch to a subsurface minnow or vibration bait.
