Cold Brew for Coffee Lovers

*The easiest way to make a small batch of cold brew would be to use a French Press. Use a ratio of 16 grams of water to 1 gram of coffee. For a French Press with capacity of 500ml, use 31 grams of coffee. To adjust for different size brewers, just divide the total capacity by 16. Grind the coffee coarse, and add to the french press. Fill with cold water and refrigerate for 12-16 hours, or more for a stronger taste. Once done it can be drained and will keep for at least a few days refrigerated.
