If you like the classics, you’ll love Ilse Jacobsen Hornbæk Rain 200 Long Soft Shell Raincoat. This elegant A-shaped raincoat from ILSE JACOBSEN HORNBÆK is based on the popular Rain71, but with an extra padding that makes it even more suitable on a cold and rainy day.

The RAIN200 is made in a light Taslan polyester fabric with a waterproof and breathable TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) membrane, that not only helps to keep you dry – even through heavy rain – but also makes it comfortable to wear. The Meida® padding, adds an extra layer to the iconic raincoat, and it will help to keep you warm as well as ensure a high breathability at 10000 M/P, so you don’t feel damp even when moving fast.

MEIDA® is a thin and elegant intermediate lining for insulation which will retain a slender look. The middle lining is both extremely breathable, has a high insulating capacity and a windbreaker effect. This makes it easy to keep warm, but without getting the sweaty sensation that other insulation materials give.

If you need to go faster, just unbutton the side slits for even more freedom of movement!

The raincoat has a placket with 2-way YKK zipper and a press buttons opening, side seam pockets with flaps so the water won’t get inside and a detachable hood with an artificial leather strap you can tie when the wind blows.

Even though RAIN200 has its inspiration from one of ILSE JACOBSEN HORNBÆKs other raincoats, it is however still unique. With the combination of materials, it takes the classic raincoat to the next level. In order to protect the coat from water and dirt, we’ve used BIONIC FINISH®ECO surface treatment. This coating provides a non-fluorinated and highly durable water repellent textile finish for high performance applications.

So, whether you like to go hiking, biking or just walking your dog – this raincoat will help keep you both warm, dry and active.
