The Pendrell blouse is a semi-fitted top offering versatility to your wardrobe. The pattern includes many variations including sleeveless, cute double ruffles and cap sleeves. All versions include princess seams, and a long length that makes it easy to tuck into pants or skirts. No closures make for easy and quick sewing.
