Right side holds a little red tassel and ball. Interior is finished with a white grosgrain ribbon. Label is Modern Miss with a size tag of 22 1 2. Label is Modern Miss with a size tag of 22 1/2. This label was first used in 1936 and was active in 1971. It has since ended.
Excellent condition with one issue. The little red tassel is very faded.
Inner circumference is 21 inches even the size tag is 22 1/2. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 17 inches.
