Super cute short sleeved deep blue shift dress with an amazing collared neckline. Dress is in good vintage shape - there is some pulling at the seams. One of the pulled seams has made a small hole - please see photos. The prior owner also mended a small hole on the chest, but did an excellent job so it's not very noticable. Pull over style with back zipper and high neck. Fabric has slight stretch.
