Early 30s royal blue silk chiffon mid-length evening dress with gathered cap sleeves and shirred hip panel details. There is a skin coloured underlay on the chest and a round neckline. No fasteners but there is a gap in the side seam where snap fasteners could go. Has a silk underdress.
