HOW TO USE

After filling your brows in with the Expressioniste Brow Pencil, finish by sweeping on the Expressioniste Brow Pomade to lock in their shape. Use a tinted pomade alone for a subtle infusion of color and increased density, or clear for a natural, brushed-up result.
