Do I need to paint this before installing it?

The mirror ships in white and is designed to be painted. Most buyers prime and spray to match their vehicle's color before install. It's easier to paint off the car.

Will the power function work when I install this?

The powered assembly is complete, but you'll need to connect it to your vehicle's electrical harness. The connector type and routing depend on your wiring setup — refer to your Maxima's service manual for proper integration.

Does this come with mounting hardware?
