Will this pump work with my existing washer fluid reservoir and hoses?

Yes. This is a direct OEM replacement that uses the factory connector and fits the stock reservoir setup. Your existing hoses and fluid lines connect without modification.

What happens if the washer fluid runs low?

The sensor detects low fluid level and shuts the pump off automatically. This prevents the motor from running dry and burning out. Just refill your reservoir and you're good to go.

Do I need any special tools or wiring knowledge to install this?

No. Disconnect the factory pump connector, unbolt the old assembly, and bolt the new one in place. Reconnect the connector and you're done. Standard socket set is all you need.
