Blouse in a light cream or ivory hue features distinct Victorian and Edwardian design elements, likely dating from the 1970s or 1980s. It is constructed from 100% cotton fabric. The shirt has a high, stand-up "pie-crust" collar finished with a delicate white ruffled edge. The front features vertical pintuck pleats running down both sides of the central button placket, which fastens with small buttons from the neck to the hem.
