Very good pre-owned condition - there are some expected issues related to age and wear but nothing major. There are some faint scattered marks that get lost in the print and a carefully mended button hole that was frayed - the button covers the repair when shirt is buttoned up and here is a small worn spot on the back - it's a tiny fray spot that isn't quite a hole.
