HOW TO USE

Liquid Powder’s quick-dry formula sets within seconds, so it is recommended to work on one eye at a time. For a sheer wash of color, swipe the wand along your lid to apply a small amount—a little goes a long way. Blend with your finger using a gentle patting or dabbing motion. You can also use the Ilia Shadow Brush to blend. For a deeper dose of color or to add a different shade, let your first layer dry completely. Apply another thin layer on top and gently blend.
