Will these work with my factory bumper, or do I need the full M-Tech bumper?

These bolt directly to your existing front bumper. You don't need to replace the entire bumper assembly — just install these side grilles at the factory attachment points.

Do I need to paint these before installation?

The grilles ship in raw hard panel finish. Primer and paint to match your vehicle's color before bolting on. Sand lightly and apply primer for best adhesion.
