We have 4 awesome grades of mince to suit all palates and applications:

Wagyu
Wagyu beef mince with a 6–7 marble score, known for its rich marbling and buttery depth. At around 30% fat content, it brings a natural juiciness that carries through any dish. The kind of mince that quietly upgrades whatever it touches.

Grassfed
Grassfed beef mince made from ribeye, rump, chuck, and brisket, bringing together depth of flavor and a clean, natural profile. At around 10% fat content with no trimmings, it's balanced, reliable, and easy to work with. The one you reach for more often than you expect.

Ultra-Lean Grassfed
Ultra-lean grassfed beef mince with just 5% fat content, made from 100% premium CS Graze beef. Clean, light, and consistent, it keeps things simple without cutting corners. Lean, but still very much beef.

Angus
Angus beef mince made from brisket and skirt, bringing fuller flavor and natural richness to the blend. With a 20–25% fat content, it lands right in the middle, enough depth for slow cooks, enough balance for everyday meals. A bit of everything, in the best way.

Ragu Recipe:

• Sauté onions over medium heat

• Cover with stock and Pomi strained tomatoes
