Our Try-On Request Service allows you to experience the fit and style of the dress in advance, ensuring it's perfect for your event. Simply select this option and specify the garment(s) you'd like to try on during checkout, along with your event date.

Key Features:

• Confirm Availability: Not all garments may be available for try-ons. This is a request service, and we will contact the lender with the provided information to confirm availability.
• Studio or Postal Try-On: Choose an in-person studio appointment or enquire about a postal try-on option.
• $20 Credit: The try-on fee is fully credited towards your hire if you book within 24 hours.
• Refund Guarantee: If the lender cannot hold a try-on for the requested garment, your $20 deposit will be refunded.

Important Details:

• Please allow 24-72 hours for us to confirm with the lender and get back to you.
• Try-on appointments do not reserve garments; the hire fee must be paid to secure the booking.
• A $20 fee applies for the try-on service, refundable as a credit if a booking is made within the specified timeframe.
• Damages incurred during the try-on are subject to fees, and rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice.
