The Nilo 4.0 blouse is ultra chic, sophisticated and an elegant piece. This piece is a statement blouse with a strong 70s collar, strong shoulder pads with a super thick French cuff detailing and adjustable tie attached to the blouse to wrap around the body as desired. 

This piece can be be worn with or without a bra. We highly recommend wearing it with the matching  Nilo 4.0 Skirt as seen in the images. 

The fabric is a Silk satin blend that flows comfortably with your body, it is the perfect summer outfit as its super breathable and sexy.
