How to use

In Vitro:

Prosaikogenin F inhibits A549 proliferation with inhibition rates of 40.53%, 92.62% and 93.07% at concentrations of 20, 40 and 60 μg/mL, respectively.

In Vivo:

In mice, intraperitoneal administration of Saikosaponin A and its intestinal metabolite, Prosaikogenin F, show corticosterone secretion-inducing activity at a dose of 0.1 mmol/kg, and maximally increase it at a dose of 0.4 mmol/kg.
