The jacket has a zipper, set-in sleeves, and pockets in the side panel seam.

The collar, hem, and cuffs are in rib fabric for that cool sporty look. The Jacket has facings and lining.

You are an experienced seamstress, and you know how to install a zipper and have tried "bagging" a jacket lining. 

Fabric and notions

Choose medium-weight woven or jersey fabric, such as silky silk, cotton or linen, french terry, or even scuba. The fabric choice will completely change the look of the garment. Choose a solid medium to heavyweight 1 X 1 rib. Choose a silky lining, and interfacing compatible with the fabric choice. 1 x 18" /45 cm  separating zipper.
