J. Lassalle Rosé NV

The Brut Rosé NV showcases J. Lassalle’s signature finesse with an added layer of vibrancy and charm. Made from a blend of 70% Pinot Noir, 15% Meunier, and 15% Chardonnay, the cuvée is enriched by a small proportion of still Pinot Noir, giving the wine its beautiful salmon-pink color and refined fruit character.

Winemaking & Aging
As with all J. Lassalle Champagnes, the Rosé is crafted with traditional methods, including full malolactic fermentation and extended lees aging of around three years. This creates harmony between freshness, texture, and complexity.

Tasting Profile
Delicately hued with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is expressive, offering aromas of wild strawberries, raspberries, rose petals, and citrus zest, underpinned by subtle notes of brioche. On the palate, the Champagne is lively and elegant, balancing bright red berry fruit with crisp acidity and a long, mineral-driven finish.

Serving & Pairing
