Made from a blend of unfermented grape juice (Meunier & Pinot Noir), Marc de Champagne, and Pinot Meunier musts boasts an Alcohol (°GL) of 17.72 and Sugars (g/l) of 123.6. Its savannah yellow hue, intricate aromas of flowers, fruits, and acacia honey, and balanced sweetness make it a delight. The palate offers a velvety alcoholic sensation, notes of coing jelly, honey, and dried apricot, finishing with brandied fruits. Ideal pairings include melon with Iberian ham, a bitter lemon tart, pan-seared scallops or with foie gras.
