How to Use and Sharpening Times

Usage: Place the sharpener on a flat surface. Insert the knife into the corresponding sharpening track and gently pull it in a specific direction. Repeat a few times for a dull knife. Then lift the handle to release the suction cup and easily remove the sharpener.

Sharpening Times: For slightly dull knives: 3-5 pulls on the tungsten track, followed by 5-8 pulls on the ceramic track. For very dull knives, increase to 8-10 pulls on the tungsten track and 10-15 pulls on the ceramic track for the best results.
