Vinification Details Made from organic Tempranillo grapes, this rosé gets its delicate hue from gentle colour extraction. Fermented at cool temperatures to preserve its bright, fresh fruitiness, it rests on lees for added depth. Clarified using vegetable protein, it's also vegan-friendly!

Tasting Notes APPEARANCE: Pale bright satin rosé. NOSE: Intense aromas of redcurrant and raspberry, alongside stone fruits such as peach, over a clean background of white flowers. PALATE: Fresh on the palate, with apricot and peach stone fruits, white flowers and citrus notes of pink grapefruit.
