Slightly provocative, POP is above all an unconventional champagne, avant-garde, nonconformist and unique. A blended wine in the best sense of the term, it combines the three champagne vines: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.

Tasting notes: Naturally spirited, POP has freshness, elegance and vivacity, with floral notes of rose and aromas of white nectarine. On the palate, it is balanced and very silky with notes of fresh apricot and grilled almonds.
