Story:

This is our first year buying coffee from Shouzhuo Agriculture. However,  last year we had some coffee from them roasted and shared privately to few coffee nerds and feedbacks are "most Clean YunNan". I have Talk to ChenWen, Owner of the Farm, about the clean cup, and he shared a lot of detail processing informations. Through the words, I feel a lot of passion, love and knowledge from him to coffee processing. Before the trip to China, I have contacted him in advance to secure two interesting lots. This lot is one of his cutting edge experimental process lot.

Process: 

Whole Cherry Cold water fermented for 10days, Whole Cherry with skin Dark Room Dry for 18 days.
