It is crisp, stylish and classic and develop richness with bottle age - a lovely biscuity note and lovely citrus shortbread flavours.

Producer

The Robert family own 30 hectares of vineyards situated around Voigny and six other communes in the north of the Aube region. The soil is chalk and limestone, the average age of the vines is 35 years and they practice a strict form of  lutte raisonnée. The Brut Réserve comprises 60% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay.
