Rathfinny Blanc de Noirs is a superb English Sparkling wine, made exclusively from estate-grown fruit (85% Pinot Noir, 15% Pinot Meunier) from the south-facing Cradle Valley vineyard on the South Downs of Sussex. Rathfinny has a strong commitment to sustainability, biodiversity and the preservation of the unique chalk downland terroir.  The outstanding warm 2018 vintage delivers vibrant flavours of wild strawberry, blueberry, pear and clementine, layered with brioche and almond, all underpinned by fine bubbles, chalky minerality and a long, precise finish.
