Produced from organically grown Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes, this distinctive balsamic begins as organic red wine vinegar crafted through the traditional transformation of wine into vinegar using acetic acid bacteria.
The vinegar is aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months, allowing complexity and character to develop naturally. It is then blended with concentrated grape juice in equal proportions, creating a harmonious balance between sweetness and acidity.
Following the blend, an additional six months of aging in wooden barrels further refines the flavor, producing a smooth, naturally sweet balsamic with rich grape character and a rounded finish.
Ideal for salads, roasted vegetables, cheeses, grilled meats, marinades, and vinaigrettes, it brings authentic Mediterranean flavor and organic craftsmanship to everyday cooking.
