The 7.62x51 SLEDS Placard V2 is meant to carry three SR25/AR10/G3/FAL/etc. 7.62x51/.308 magazines. The placard can be attached directly to armor with Velcro or used as a standalone chest rig. It can also be paired with our LV-X to create a full-sized chest rig. 

The low profile purpose-built elastic design minimizes bulk and weight. The 3x 7.62x51 placard will sit within the front Velcro on most Medium SAPI plate carriers.

The front of the placard features a 6 column wide laser-cut MOLLE field. This allows for mounting of general purpose zipper pouches, flat elastic pouches, or other MOLLE mounted equipment. The placard will also accept bungee pull tabs when over-the-top retention is required. We recommend pull-tab retention when using the placard with 5.56 magazines.

First Spear Tubes can be mounted directly to the 7.62 Placard. This solution eliminates the need for a separate Tube Velcro adapter. Tubes are not included and are not sold by Unobtainium Gear separately.

V2 IMPROVEMENTS: 

• Improved magazine ammunition coverage. More material has been added to seal up the bottom of the pouch from dust/debris and to cover the lower corners of the insert.
• Improved MOLLE compatibility. The front mounting area has been reworked to allow any pouch between 1-6 columns wide to be mounted.
• Improved Velcro section - The placard now has a full height 5" rear hook Velcro section to strengthen the connection to plate carriers.
• Improved magazine reindexing - A small backboard has been added along the rear of the placard, this makes magazine reindexing even smoother.
