Tasting Notes: Nose shows aromas of orange and mandarin and mineral notes. Palate is fresh and well-bodied.

Vinification Details: Grapes are harvested at perfect ripeness. Alcoholic fermentation occurs during 10 days under controlled temperatures. The wine is then racked, filtered and bottled.

Regional Information: Alsatian vineyard is situated at the foot of the Vosges, between Marlenheim and Thann.
