City Planner is a version of Town Center mixed with Card City and dice, using 9 cards, 9 cubes and 9 dice. Your small city is divided into several blocks containing different neighborhoods (residential, commercial, industrial, cultural buildings, town hall or mixed zones of residential and commercial buildings).

It is a dice game where you decide where to place/block/influence the dice to get the most money/VP (victory points). During the game, players go through the following four phases in order: roll dice, pass a card, score all cards, end turn. The game ends after 8 rounds.
