Will this reinforcement bar work if my bumper has sensor holes or fog light cutouts?

Yes. The bar mounts behind the bumper fascia and does not interfere with sensor housings or light openings. Position it during install to clear any existing cutouts.

Do I need to remove the bumper to install this?

Yes. The reinforcement bar bolts to the frame rails behind the fascia. Remove the bumper first, position the bar at the factory anchor points, and secure with bolts. Reinstall the bumper after.

Can I paint this before installation?

You can, but it's easier to install first, then mask and paint once it's bolted in place. This avoids paint chips during handling and fitment adjustments.
