Trivia: In Korea, Bulgogi literally means "fire meat." Bul is the fire and gogi is the meat.
Koreans have been consuming it for an estimated 1500 years, it's just that good!

This is our take on the famous Korean Bulgogi.

We start with prime beef that has a marbling score of 3+. The thinly sliced meat is generously coated in our own Asian marinade and skewered in a serpentine pattern.

Cooking

Preferred Method: Fire over a hot grill and cook quickly. Delicious when eaten rare to medium rare.

Technique:
- Have the grill/skillet hot, and add some high smoke point fat if skillet
- Flip when seared on one side
- Do not overcook
